I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

  • Please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process your order to ship out.
  • For Domestic orders going to the USA, shipping times range between 2-10 business days (excluding remote areas.)
  • Shipping times depend on where the package is going. For International orders going to the Canada, UK, Australia, it could take as long as 7-28 business days depending on which shipping option you selected. (this is because some people live further than others) 
  • For the rest of the world, shipping times could be as long as 15-30 business days. 

WILL COVID-19 AFFECT SHIPPING TIMES?

There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, etc.) Although we do our best to process all orders within 2-3 business days, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. We thank you for your patience and for this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WHAT IS DISCREET SHIPPING?

When ordering a sex toy, your number one worry is most likely discreet packaging. Don't worry we got you covered and we'll make sure packages arrive as discreet as they can be. There will be no mentions of vibrator, dildos, sex toy, etc.

For shipping packages, we use plain brown boxes or opaque padded wrap depending on the size of your order. Due to customs and regulations of some countries, a custom label is needed on the outside of the package, so we will say it contains "back massager". Your secret is safe with us.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking number is provided only after your product has been shipped. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if you ordered multiple products because we have multiple warehouses around the world. 

Orders Marked as Delivered 

Once a package is marked as successfully delivered, we can't be responsible if anything is lost while on your premises, such as a stolen package, etc. You would need to contact the local shipping company and the police for that.
